Incentives for Solar electric and solar hot water heating systems installation for homes from the state Focus on Energy program have been suspended by the Public Service Commission for the remainder of 2013. Despite letters and testimony from hundreds of businesses and advocates in September to maintain the incentives, the PSC voted to shut the program down for the second time in three years.
