The PSC approved Focus on Energy cash-back incentives at $5 million for 2015 and $3.5 million in 2016 while establishing a new $10 million revolving loan fund for 2016-2018. Available funds for 2015 will be $800,000 however, given that the bulk of the $5 million has already been allocated. For more information
