On March 15 the Wisconsin Senate will act on AB 804/ SB 654, a bill that would cut $7.2 million from the Focus On Energy program that provides residents and businesses with incentives for energy efficiency and renewable energy. FOE created 2,000 jobs annually and generated more than $600 million in economic benefits for the state between 2011 and 2014, according to the 2015 Focus On Energy Impacts Study.
