Central Storage & Warehouse Co. in Madison has one of the largest solar projects in Wisconsin, with 3,000 solar panels that offset 16 percent of their annual electrical load. This installation on several refrigerated warehouses was completed in 2015 and just commissioned. Central Storage estimates that they will save $90,000 a year on energy costs.
