The Wisconsin Public Service Commission approved $15 million of Focus on Energy funds to go toward a $60.3 million private anaerobic digester in Brown County that will collect and treat 190 million gallons of manure generated by 2000 cattle across 9 dairy farms. The project name is Green Pastures Bio Energy Center.
