This program helps commercial, industrial, school, and government facilities all year round implement efficiency projects, train staff, and optimize existing equipment and controls to drive improvement in the energy efficiency and performance of building systems. Interested parties conduct an Opportunity Assessment to determine whether their facility qualifies for RCx prior to formally applying to the program. Accepted enrollees are paired with an energy expert who leads a comprehensive audit process to identify potential energy savings measures and associated financial incentives.
