C.S. Construction of Eau Claire, Kohl’s Department Stores and Focus on Energy are among 163 partners in the Energy Star program that will be honored this month in Washington D.C. They will receive awards from the EPA and U.S. Department of Energy for their efforts to advance cost-saving energy-efficient solutions. C.S.
