The recent additions of Dodge, Lincoln and Washburn Counties to PACE Wisconsin brings the total to 40 of Wisconsin’s 72 counties offering the financing program. Property Assessed Clean Energy or PACE is a financing opportunity for property owners to obtain low cost, long-term loans for energy efficiency, renewable energy and water conservation improvements. Financing can cover up to 100 percent of project costs and be repaid over 20 years with one of many prequalified, participating PACE lenders.
