Illinois Solar for All (ILSFA), a low-income solar incentive program, was launched by the Illinois Power Agency (IPA). The program will provide low-income and Environmental Justice communities access to clean energy by incentivizing solar projects that support residents, non-profits, and public facilities that operate in these communities. Participants will see no upfront costs for their systems, and ongoing fees will not exceed 50 percent of the value of the energy generated from a system. Elevate Energy, a non-profit organization that seeks to protect people and the environment, will administer the program. Illinois Solar for All
