Wood County’s 8.3 kW solar array at Nepco Lake County Park shelter along Highway 13 started generating power November 1, 2019. With funding from Focus on Energy and savings from the Central Wisconsin Solar Group Buy, the county will realize a 15-year payback on the project. (See EnergyOnWI News September/ October 2019)
