Participants in the La Crosse 100-Day Mayor’s Home Energy Challenge, Casey and Sonja Meehan boosted the energy efficiency of their 1928 house by replacing the insulation and adding air sealing and an attic exhaust fan. A Focus on Energy incentive of $2,000 offset 25 percent of their project costs.
