Focus on Energy offers incentives up to $60,000 for the installation of Solar Electric (PV) beginning January 1, 2020. Funding is available until the annual allotment for incentives in each sector category (residential, multifamily & non-residential, rural & ag producer) is applied for. As of February 10, only $103,500 remains for 300+ kW PV systems for multifamily and non-residential applicants.
The incentive available to commercial properties is divided by size of solar installation: Multifamily and non-Residential Incentives – 0 to 100 kW; 100 to 300 kW; and, 300+ kW as per the chart below. Refer to the Solar PV offerings webpage for details.
