Harley-Davidson plans to bring an electric motorcycle project to market in 2019, four years after the company unveiled the LiveWire prototype covered in our January 2015 newsletter. A 2016 market research report projected 45% growth in the electric motorcycle industry by 2020 despite an overall decline in demand for motorcycles.
