Wisconsin Clean Cities Displace More than 32M Gallons of Gas in 2017

Wisconsin Clean Cities members displaced over 32 million gallons of gasoline or 119,000 tons of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions in 2017, a 28 percent reduction in emissions over 2016. That is the equivalent carbon sequestration of 338,000 acres of forest. Wisconsin Clean Cities works with vehicle fleets, fuel providers, community leaders, and other stakeholders to save energy and promote the use of domestic fuels and advanced vehicle technologies in transportation.
