The Goose and Twig Inn of Sister Bay, WI was granted nearly $150,000 in Commercial or C-PACE Energy Efficiency Financing. C-PACE is a statewide program that allows commercial property owners to receive low-cost, long term financing for energy efficiency, renewable energy, and water conservation improvements. With financing through C-PACE, The Goose and Twig Inn implemented seven energy conservation measures (ECMs) into their facilities, which are built to Energy Star criteria. The upgrades include: attic and wall insulation, high efficiency windows and heating and cooling systems, an energy recovery ventilator, photovoltaic solar panels, and low flow plumbing.
