Solar Wall Graces Milwaukee Public Museum’s South Wall

Milwaukee Public Museum installed 234 solar panels as a replacement for the 50-year-old marble cladding covering the south wall. The panels, fabricated locally by Helios USA, are expected to generate 77,500 kWh of electricity a year. Along with the installation of a green roof and transition to LED lighting, the on-site renewable energy generation supports the museum’s sustainability efforts. For more information
