The Town of Stark in Vernon County now has 5.6 kilowatts of clean solar power. Ethos teamed up with Town residents and board members to build the ground mounted solar array that will produce about 6,200 kilowatt hours per year. This is enough to offset 100 percent of the electricity use of the Town of Stark’s municipal buildings- an office building and maintenance shop. The project cost of $15,952 was offset with a $1,914 Focus on Energy prescriptive rebate.
